Points for Rent/Transfer: 111

I have 111 points available that have to be used by July 2009. I am looking for 9-10/pp but if it is a transfer $9 per point.

I tried to send you a message but I don't have enough posts. I was curious if these points could be used at Hilton Head Island Resort? If so, I would be interested in renting 24 points for a studio for the dates of 5/12/09 - 5/14-09. Call me at 864-430-9557 if you need to. Thank you.

Hello.

we are rather new to this and are not sure how it works.

but we are looking to rent a place from July 10th to July 14th. It does not matter the resort, maybe BCV or BWV, a studio place, during magic season. we are thinking this will be about 110 points.

are these villas inside the disney world parks? and since the studio sleeps four are we correct that we only need 110 for three folks?

Hi there,

Welcome to Disney Vacation club! Yes the resorts are within Walt Disney World Resort. Depending on what is available - there are a few really nice options. Plus you get to take advantage of all the perks associated with staying on Disney Property - including early entry and after hours.

What happens is:

1. You tell me the the dates, names, ages of the people coming. I will also need your address. I also would need to know if you have any preference. It seems that you are open to them. You can choose from several: Animal Kingdom Villas, Old Key West, Wilderness Lodge, Saratoga Springs, Beach Club Villas, Board Walk and Saratoga Springs. If you let me know you preference order, it saves time.

2. I call Disney and ask them for availability options - they tell me what I can get. If there is availability - then I usually go ahead and book it for you. The confirmation comes in the mail and I send you the original along with a contract that explains what you will receive. It is pretty basic.

3. Once you receive that, I would ask for payment via paypal or check.

4. You let me know if you need magical express and/or one of the Dining Plans. I let you know in the contract the dates I need that information by so I can get it all set up.

5. You go on vacation and have a great time!!

Hi there,

The best I could find so far is 3 nights at BVW - 19,20,21, That is a garden view. Not sure what you want to do. There is nothing else available right now for the rest of the nights.

I called today and I can get you into the Boardwalk with a studio. It is 92 points for the nights you need for a garden/pool view or 78 for a standard view.. PLease respond ASAP if you are interested. Or call me. 631-828-1827.

I was looking to use all of the 111 points for a seven night stay.. Is there availability at OKW for 109 pts for either 7 nights 6/19-6/26 or 6/20-6/27?

I had checked on the nights you had wanted. They checked all the resorts and the best they have is BWV for 19,20,21. Old Key west had 19,20,23,24. There was nothing available yet for the entire 7 days.

just one more question. does this include the tickets for admission or is this for the room only?

and since this is a villa does it have a eat in kitchen where we can eat breakfast stuff

HI there,

In a studio, you only have a kitchenette... which is fancy for a fridge and coffee pot. If you want a full kitchen to cook, you would need to get a one bedroom. We use those and they are GREAT! I love the flexibility I have with the kids - plus the washer/dryer. It helps.

This does not include park tickets. It is for the accommodations only. It does include magical express if you need.

Basically 7 nights Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday 6/19-6/26 or 6/20-6/27 which would work within your point allocation would be great for us. There are only two of us and I know the layout of the studios and it would be ideal compared to staying at POP or CBR.

Please check each day if possible I will check here around 10 AM NY time each day when possible.
