Good morning!
I have 100 points available for rent or transfer with an April 2009 use year. My home resort is Saratoga Springs but I may be able to book you at any other DVC location depending on the dates of travel. Points are $10 each.
I can accept cash, credit card or personal check (personal check will require 10 day bank clearance before I will transfer points or make reservation). Final payment MUST be with a credit card or cash.
transfers: Payment is due before transfer and then points will be deposited into your account.
reservations: I will need to know dates, DVC desired location and room size. 50% deposit will be required before I make the reservation. Once the reservation is confirmed I wil email (or if you prefer, call you) with the confirmation number. I will also mail or fax you a paper copy of the confirmation number once I receive it. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before your vacation starts. If final payment is not made within 60 days your reservation will be canceled and a refund will not be given.
