Points for Rent/Transfer – 899 SSR $16, 132 BWV $17 & 123 BLT $17

I am a very experienced renter and 10+ year DVC member.

I have the following points available:

• BWV points are all gone
• BLT points are all gone
• 601 SSR points remaining - starting Dec 2021 at $16/point for rent only

Reservations can be made at those resorts 11 months in advance, for all other DVC resorts reservations can only be made 7 months in advance. Minimum reservation/transfer is for 100 points.

If you are interested, post a message on this thread or send me a private message with the following information:

1. Check-in date
2. Check-out date
3. Room type (studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom)
4. DVC resort(s)

After I check availability, I will post a reply here or send you a private message with the details and total price.

Payment terms:
Payment by check or PayPal (add 3% to cover PayPal fees).
50% deposit when you receive an email with the Disney confirmation (usually same day).
50% final payment at least 90 days before check-in.

Sorry, but my points are not available till Aug, Sept or Dec 2021, so they can't be used for April 2021. Also for a transfer you can not borrow transferred points.

Are you looking for a 1 night stay (Sat to Sun) or a 8 night stay (Sat to the following Sunday)?

Assuming you are referring to 8 nights, OKW & BWV are not available for anything in that time period. SSR is available for any of the weeks in the time period for around 600 points, just depends on which days you want exactly. For any other resorts I can only book 7 months in advance, so availability would be completely different by then from what it is now.

You can get more from another resort, but then you could not use those points to book till 7 months. Also you could not use the SSR points as they are Dec points and you can not borrowed transferred points.

Now I could do it with borrowed BWV points, but then I would have to make the reservation instead of doing a transfer.

I’m looking to book BWV 11 24-11-28 1 bdrm 156 points & is available For my brother. I have a 3bdrm already booked. I thought a transfer would be easier in case he has to cancel and i would be able to use points at another time
