Points for Rent - Feb 2013 UY

Hello all,

This year I have a few extra SSR points to rent. I have rented for many years and enjoy working with new renters.

I have references and work using a contract to explain the rights of each party to the exchange. I accept PayPal or personal check.

I have 100 Feb 2013 SSR points.

I cannot make reservations for any dates before Feb 01, 2013.

I can make reservations at SSR for arrivals 11-months out (current Aug 10, 2013).

I can make reservations at any other DVC resort for arrivals 7-months out (currently Apr 10, 2013).

The cost to use the points is $11 per point.

Hello,

I am looking to check in on 2/6 and checkout 2/11 - 5 Nights.

We have never rented points before, but would be interested in this option.

How many points would be needed for a 5 night stay?
There are three of us, myself, my mom and my Daughter on her 8th Birthday. A Studio or one bedroom would suit us fine.
