Reservations for up to 167 BCV (Beach Club Villa) points @ $18 per point for reservations from February 1, 2021 through Jan 31, 2022. Priority given to renters requesting more points. 167 points could be transferred with prepayment, but also available for rent.
NOTE: I cannot make reservations beginning prior to 2/1/2021, and can only book other resorts for reservations beginning prior to 6/10/2021.
Payment methods: Checks preferred with 50% deposit, balance 60 days out. Venmo available. Paypal also OK but renter must cover 3.5% paypal fees in addition to rental cost. Long time DIS member (2000), DVC member since 2001, many references available.

If available, I will place a reservation in my name to be switched to you upon payment.
