Hey Everyone!

I'm looking to rent out my points for next year as we would are planning a trip to Disneyland!

I have 92 points currently sitting in a Feb 2023 use year, and 200 Points in the 2024 use year. I will bank or or borrow points for the correct renter if need be. I can book 11 months out a BLT, and 7 months at other locations.

Not considering a transfer at this time.

A standard rental agreement will be applicable with 50% payment due when a confirmed booking is made with remainder to be paid at an agreeable date no less than 3 months before check in. In the event points need to be borrowed, a deposit will be needed prior to securing a booking as borrowing points can't be reversed. Open to different payment options but being Canadian the options are limited. Paypal is typically what I have used with the renter covering the Paypal fees.

I have been away from the boards for some time now but am a long time member of the DIS and have rented my points out to other DIS members a number of times.

If you would like me to look up availability, or have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask or PM!

Thanks everyone!

Character Reference: @potzie2 , @D-La, @ErinS oldZoocrew, More available upon request.

Hello! I am new to renting dvc points and still trying to figure this out.. but I am planning a stay from Feb 7-9 2023. Im not sure if you are offering up your points or not to use for Feb 2023 but if so, I am interested!

Hello,

I'm a New Member here, so I cannot PM yet. I am curious if you are willing to take less for FEB 2023 stay considering several others are offering $17pp (some a little less). I'm looking for a good deal because I have 4 other grandkids that I would like to take someday, and I find the cost of staying on-site conflicts with my goal of retiring before I'm 90, LOL! I'm in general price shock since it's been 5 years since I've been to Disney.

Resort: I prefer BAY LAKE (maybe Boardwalk Inn as 2nd option), but willing to consider other options if Bay Lake is not available.
Check-in date: 02/04/2023
Check-out date: 02/09/2023
Room type/view/size: Standard Studio preferred
# of adults: 2
# of children: 2 (turning 7 & 6 on the trip) we have no infants

My back story (if you're interested): I was born in 1971 and moved to FL in Dec of 1971, so I'm proud to say I'm the same age as the Magic Kingdom. I grew up going to Disney's Magic Kingdom and got to go to Epcot by invitation only before it was open to the public. I was also in FL and was some of the 1st attendees when Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney opened. I have SO MANY great memories there, and I'm wanting to share that experience (at least once) with each of my grandkids. I moved away in 1996 but try to visit every 5 to 7 years. I've never had to stay in a hotel since I have family in Lakeland that I can stay with. But, I've always thought it would be awesome to stay at the Contemporary (or Polynesian) because those were the originals. Now that I'm wanting to take my grandkids and have some money saved up, I'd really like to stay on property for the extra perks it brings and to make their 1st Disney trip (and Birthdays) even more magical. I'm willing to consider some of the newer resorts that have the use of the Skyliner. I haven't been on the Skyliner before. :)

I hope you can help this NANA out. Thanks in advance!
