700+ points available with Saratoga Springs Resort (SSR) designation and expire December 1, 2009 (additional points also available for after Dec 1, 2009). Tree House Villas (THV) at SSR booking window opens Sunday Febuary 8, 2009 for check-in dates beginning in June up to 11 month out from the current date.
These points may be used at SSR up to 11 months from the current date or up to 7 months out at any other DVC resort (BCV, VWL, BWV, AKV, OKW, HHI, and VB).
Minimum rental of 150 points per transaction. Rate of $11.50/point for 150-250 points and $11.00/point for >250 points. Rates are FIRM.
Payment can be by personal check. Paypal may also be utilized, but will be subject to an additional 3% fee. 50% due upon booking and the balance due 90 days prior to the check-in date (both amounts nonrefundable upon payment, but I will work with a guest to reschedule subject to the DVC rules-details included in contract). Points are not available to be transferred.

To secure a reservation, the following information is required: Names of all guests, the age of any guest under the age of 18 years, and the address and phone number (home, but cell also requested) of the lead guest. Will also need an address and phone number of any guest (including minors) that does not reside with the lead guest.
