We have 69 points to rent. Please read the following conditions before replying or responding:

• 
  *we are not interested in splitting these points. Would like someone to use at least 60 of these points.
• Points/stay must be used BEFORE March 31, 2011
• Half of the total payment due via PayPal once reservation is created and email confirmation is sent. PayPal Only!
• Full payment due upon receipt of DVC reservation paper via PayPal ONLY!
• These points are NOT for transfer - RENTALS ONLY!
• When inquiring, please let me know what resort, bedroom request, dates, and the names of your traveling party (ages of children under 18 also required).
