40 Points for rent for a last minute trip. We have 40 points in a holding account which means the reservation can only be made 60 days prior to the trip. This would be great for anyone looking for a last minute trip in May, June, or early July. So long as its 60 days out from the time you're reading this! Home resort is Old Key West, but since they can only be used 60 days out, can be used anywhere.

you may want to double check regarding holding points- I believe that the 60 day countdown starts from the date the points are placed in the holding account, not 60 days prior to a new reservation.

when do these points expire ? Points that are in holding can only be used by making ressies 60 days in advance from your arrival. Holding points can be transfer and upon transfer the points will remain holding points in the rentee account. I maybew interested in these points depends on when they expire.

The points cannot be transferred. The whole reason we're selling is because we got ripped off by a transfer who tranfered us held points (which isn't going to do us much good when making a summer reservation!). All transfers are final, so we can't transfer them back. The points expire in August. I have a few potential buyers who I am checking with member services for, but if you need something checked, I can check it for you

FYI: I have checked several reservations for May 21-29. There are currently no studios open through DVC. The first studio opening they have is May 30th at Saratoga Springs

I have an available reservation that I checked for someone. I'm waiting to see if they want to follow through. If they change their mind, I will let you know.
