I have 395 Beach Club Villa points for rent starting Feb. 2009. I can get a few more if needed. Cost is $10.50 per point. I can book a Beach Club stay up to 11 months from now (Thanksgiving?) or any resort up to 7 months out.
350 points or less will normally get you a 2 bedroom for a week or more anytime except March 16-20 or Christmas, or it will get you a 1 bedroom for a week during those two Premier weeks. You can even take all the points and make it eight days! Under 300 points will be at $11.00 per point.
I would greatly prefer that most or all of the points go to one reservation first. I've rented our points several times and smaller reservations still take a lot of legwork. All of my customers have been very happy with Disney and with me.
