Reservations can be booked at OKW 11 months in advance. For all other resorts, reservations can be arranged 7 months in advance.

The 187 points are December 2019 use year. We will be banking them by the end of July into December 2020 if they are not rented by then. So these points are available for rentals from December 2020 through November 2021. We also have points in 2020 that can borrowed/combined with these 187 for larger reservations.

1 bedroom villas at Aluani are wide open for your dates, depending on which view you wanted it will be one of the following:

148 pts for Standard View
176 pts for Island Garden View
184 pts for Poolside Garden View
200 pts for Ocean View

We would be happy to work with you on these options, but can only make reservations 7 months prior to check in (which would be September 21st.) Otherwise, you could look for someone with Aluani points to rent, as they can rent 11 months prior.

If you meant April 25th, The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel are wide open for all room types. If you really meant September 25th, there is no availability.
