Hello! We're looking for 216 points for AKV for 1-bedroom from October 9-16th, 2009. Dates are open according to website. It's only 2 points more than what you have... not sure if you have 2 more or not, but if you are still holding on to your original 214, maybe we can work something out? This will be my first rental of a DVC property -- but I do have references from owners we've rented homes from in the past, and we've done house trades with others as well. In other words, I'm happy to provide some references if you're worried about working with someone new to the system.
