Hi everyone... Just an update
I am waiting on people to see if they are going to go through with some reservations. So, as of right now I do have pts, but I don't know how many until everyone finalizes things or tells me they are going another route. So, as of right now I do not know how many pts exactly are available (probably not many). I will update on here as soon as I am through waiting on others. If you are in dire need of pts soon, you should probably seek out another DVC member until I have posted otherwise

Hi - I have 150 VWL pts available for rent at $11 per point. I have rented on the Boards several times before, and I also have an account on Ebay - user name: mikeemwse - that you can check for my over 700 ALL POSITIVE feedback... so you know I am reliable.

I am hoping someone needs some points for the holidays in December and would like to stay at the Wilderness Lodge! But, if that's not your thing, not a problem! I can book 7 months out for any of the DVC resorts (Now through this summer, up to Sept), or 11 months out at the Wilderness Lodge (now through beginning of January 2012!). Either way, just PM me and I will check for you. Please, please, please realize though that if you want say Bay Lake Towers and you are looking for a room in July... basically not going to happen... same time, Saratoga Springs - a big maybe. So, be realistic with what you are looking for!

If you are interested in renting the pts, please send me a list of at least your top 5 choices for accommodations (Example: 1 - Boardwalk standard studio, 2 - Boardwalk preferred studio, 3 - Beach Club studio, 4 - Animal Kingdom Villas standard studio, 5 - Boardwalk 1 bedroom (any view), 6 - AKV 1 bedroom (any view), etc.) Anything that you are willing to actually accept! On top of that I also need the following:
The first and last name of the main person on the reservation
Address
Phone #
Then any additional adults' names
Children's names (and their ages)

Once you PM me, I can tell you details about payment, etc. I've rambled on long enough on here!

Thanks for the response. As stated above, I have a ton of people who have contacted me so far and I have to wait until they have their shot at reservations before I can look into any more. As of right now I don't know how many pts I would have available. If I do end up having pts available, yes, I would be able to make a reservation for the time period you are looking for. But I won't know for a couple of days.

Thanks for the inquiry. I am kind of on a freeze right now to see if I can make reservations for others who have contacted me first. I won't know how many pts I have available for a couple of days - sorry! I most likely would only have enough pts for a studio, but not for a 1 BR.

We are planning a trip for 5/25- 5/30/2011. I used the point calculator and it estimated that we would need 88 points for a studio at VWL. If we were to rent your points how does the dining plan work? Would it be available through your program? Thanks in advance for your time!

The standard Disney Dining Plan (1 table service restaurant, 1 counter service, 1 snack) costs $45.99 for ages 10 and up, and $11.99 ages 9 and under and if you make a reservation for a rental through a DVC member. New stipulation, though, is if you want the dining plan with your rental - you have to be willing to pay immediately. That means you either supply the DVC member with your credit card info, or get a pre-loaded Visa Card or Disney Gift Card for the entire amount and ship that off to the DVC member to add the plan to your reservation. Makes it all kind of a hassle... you used to be able to pay when you checked in, but I guess Disney didn't like that way, so now they require immediate payment when you add the Dining Plan.

Hi! if you have anything for 75-80 points from 8/3-8/8 that would be great (the 69 point AKV budgets would be super). I think the boardwalk villas, or budget AKV would work. i would be interested in the food plan as well for 4 days. I can not PM you yet, becuase i am new. However, i can have payment to you quick!
