I've got 120 (possibly more) points to rent. We own at Hilton Head Island and our use year is February 2010. I've rented points before and have a contract prepared that's worked fine in the past.
I accept payment via PayPal, money order or cashier's check. In the past, I've used Escrow.com as an intermediary to protect both parties. If you want to do that, I'm open to it. (We'll split the service charge.)
Hilton Head Island is a wonderful place---Disney excellence without all the theme park crowds. And you get a real beach!
Of course, these points can also be used to reserve at Vero Beach or any of the other DVC resorts at WDW and Disneyland.
