Points for Rent $11.25 per point

I have 135 SSR points left to rent (from the 512). These points are for reservations after December 1st, 2012 only. I am asking for $11.25 per point for reservations over 100 points ($11.50 for those under 100 points).

I have been renting to three families over the past 3-5 years. All of the families have traveled earlier this year, so I have points available for the upcoming year. They can provide references for me as well.

I am very supportive; will answer your questions; and book magical express to travel to and from the airport to your resort, at no cost to you.

If you're interested in a reservation, please send me the dates you are looking for (with any flexiblity you would consider), the size room you'd like, and the resort you are looking for.

We would like to rent a 2 bedroom villa at Beach Club Villas from October 28, sunday, to November 2, friday, 2012. This is my first time on this site and am not quite sure how it works. Would like your input please.

Those resorts are not available. for all 4 nights. There is availability particularly at AK for the last two nights. Let me know if you'd like to change the resort of the travel dates.

I have rented from DIS members the last two years and waited a little late to get started this year, HELP!

We usually get a studio, but could possibly get a 1 bedroom a few nights if needed. Can you see what is available for a studio Jan 2-Jan 9? We can switch resorts part of the way through if needed. I'd prefer anywhere but Saratoga Springs, but that may be all that is available at this point. If there is a studio available somewhere most nights and a one bedroom other nights, we can move rooms.

I'm just too spoiled now to go back to a value resort!
