I just found out that the only locatation for a studio from 4/24/2010 - 4/27/2010 is SSR at 54 points. Would you be able to help?

Yes I can help also I was just talking to DVC and AKV Savana studio view is 59 points. I can do eighter one let me know SOON!!!!!!

Any size room is fine. I've currently reserved 5 nights at the Pop Culture with a deluxe dining plan (since we'll be spending most of the days in the parks). Wanted to change the venue for the last couple of nights to something more romantic, lol. So I'm pretty much open to anything.

Just two of us in the party, a studio with a nice view would be perfect!

AKV with Savana veiw would be perfect. We have stayed and loved it (for anniversary)

It is avil for 30 points or 22 points for standard view. This does book fast so let me know

No problem - just don't wait long these rooms go fast! - Savannah view is beautiful. With 2 little ones are you looking for 1 bedroom or studio and do you know the difference? (ie laundry, kitchen etc in the 1 bedroom)

Hi! I have been doing some reading and I am not sure if the difference in price makes the one bedroom "doable" for us. I don't know much about all this in general though, trying to piece it all together. I sent you an e-mail as well!

Currently A studio is avil with Savannah view for 92 points and a 1 bedroom would be 186 points.



With the one bedroom you do have a full kitchen so you can save a lot on food by having all breakfast and some lunches/dinners and snacks in the room or on the balcony with food from WinnDixie instead of restraunts every day. Also the studio does have a mini kitchen (Microwave & Fridge)



The one bedroom gives you a separte area for the kids to sleep and you can still have fun, prepare for next day, watch TV or Movie etc.

"The Small Print"

I accept Paypal for the down pmt (50% - 100% to get the booking started) and the balance can be by money order or paypal. I also have a contract if you would like. Main note is that: once a booking is made the points are yours, I will do my best to rebook and asist in other arrangements if you are not able to travel on your booked dates. My use year is Aug so your points will have to be used before July 31 same year, all DVC rules apply for booking, rebooking, wait listing, room usage etc. If anything is unclear please ask before you book as down payments, deposits and final payments are non refundable. Once a booking is confirmed by DVC a confirmation in your name is mailed to me I will email that to you and final payment is due. If final payment is not received and clear 35 days prior to arrival date the booking is cancelled - no refunds will be issued, how ever I will work with the client to rebook the points upon full payment, (up to 60 days before the end of that use year (31 May). Any points not used by 31 May are forfeit.
