Points for DCL gone down?

I saw a thread on the operations board where someone got points back from a cruise that was scheduled for next year since the points had gone down for cruises. I was trying to do some checking to see if they have gone down for all cruises or if it was just a one time thing.

I went to the DVC website and it does in fact look like the points have gone down. I don't have my Vacation Planner with me, but wondered if anyone has noticed this or checked it out? Or does everyone already know this and I am the last to figure it out (probably the latter )? Or I could just be crazy
