Points Disappeared

I canceled a reservation and 100 of my points disappeared. I’ve called a handful of times, they see the points gone but can’t put them back. They have some systems person “working” on it. It’s been well over a week.

Has this happened to anybody else? How long does it take to be resolved?

They did say they are holding the rooms I wanted for the dates I wanted.
 
Never heard of it happening. Where those points "special" in any way, like maybe transfered or points given during the pa demic to foreign owners?
 
Hasn't happened to us, but I have seen a few posts were members have had this issue. Don't recall the actual time frame is took the IT department to get them back.

Just regular points. The first agent I spoke to sounded really surprised that it happened. The next sounded like it was a thing happening.
