I canceled a reservation and 100 of my points disappeared. I’ve called a handful of times, they see the points gone but can’t put them back. They have some systems person “working” on it. It’s been well over a week.
Has this happened to anybody else? How long does it take to be resolved?
They did say they are holding the rooms I wanted for the dates I wanted.
