Points Available for Rent

My husband and I and our 3 small kids would like to stay at SS on July 17 thru July 22nd. How much would you charge for 2 bedroom suite?

A 2BR at SSR for that time is 239 points and 1BR is 175 points. The cost is $10 per point with a minimum of $2K for a reservation. I just checked at a 2BR is not available for those dates. If you are going to spend $2K, you might want to add an additional date on either side of those dates for a 1BR if it is available for an additional $80 ($2,080 for six nights versus $2K for five nights). As of right now, the five nights are available at SSR for a 1BR . If you decide you want me to make the reservation for you then please PM me your personal contact information.

looking for 2 bedroom at Beach Club, Bay Lake, Boardwalk (will consider others) for 4/20-4/25. There are 3 adults and 2 children.

I won't be able to make a BCV or BLT reservation until 7 months prior to the reservation date. I am not making an BWV reservations at this point more than 7 months out until my family decides which resort they want to stay at next summer.

I can make reservations at Saratoga Springs, Vera Beach, and Treehouse Villas for April. I will know about making BWV in the next week or two (hopefully). Thanks!

Sorry, we have a Change in preference of room type, if available- 3BR grand villa at SSR or AKV (423 points) or same at OKW (292 points).

Happy to help, however, rules are that we can book at that resort 7 months' prior. Also, our minimum rental is 200 points. If less than 200 points, then $2000 rental.
