I am looking for at least 300 BCV points with Use Years of Jan 2010 to Apr 2010. These would be used for April 2010 and 2011 BCV vacations to be booked at 11 months. I can pay by paypal, check, or credit card.

Yes, you can transfer a future year's points; I have done it twice.
