I have BLT Oct use year and AKV Aug use year. I have points for 2015 and 2016. I won't be using BLT points or AKV 2015 points at all. And I am seeing too many walkers to be able to use my AKV 2016 points as well. So am I allowed to transfer out 4 times, two contracts x two use years?

Yes, with two use years and two membership numbers, you are treated as being two separate members for the purpose of determining number of transfers. You could transfer out a total of four times, BLT once each for the 2015 use year and the 2016 use year, and the same for AKV.

Note that if you actually do the transfers, I would do each of them on a separate call. MS personnel are not always up on the actual rules and there have been reports of some being denied being able to transfer points in two sequential use years on the same call because the MS rep just understands that you can make only one transfer, resulting in having to get sipervisors to allow the transfer. If you do the transfers in four separate transactions, you are not likely to have any issues with MS
