Point Ressie Fort Wilderness Camp Sites

I called the beginning of July to reserve a campsite at FW Jan 8-13 and I was told none were available. I was stunned when they told me. Then when I called for cash reservations it was over $100 per night I could not believe that. Do they open up ressies later on in the year? If it wasn't for my mom traveling with dogs I'd book them at OKW. I told them if prices don't come down they will be staying at a pet friendly hotel because even campsites close to Disney are more then hotels.

Regarding cash reservations the rates haven't been released for 2011 so they quote you a maximum. That should get adjusted when the rates are released.

I don't think they release a lot of campsites for point reservations but that may not have been put into inventory yet either.
