Point Rental Question: Mickey Mail?

We are coming up on our first DVC stay via point rental direct from a DVC owner (rather than a middleman point rental service). We have stayed onsite (values, I believe we are about to be spoiled for those though, lol) before after booking through Disney Travel Co.

I'm just curious to know if I should expect anything in the mail from Disney or the DVC owner I'm working with comparable to the packet that you get when booking cash? I already have a paper contract with the owner that we took care of when we booked, so I'm not referring to that sort of thing.

All we get when booking DVC is the confirmation email. You are not dealing with Disney when you rent DVC points, you are dealing with a DVC owner directly.
 
While you wont likely get any Mickey Mail before your trip, you will get the usual packet of information when you arrive, and you will likely get lots of promo stuff after you get home.;)

If you had the owner set up Magical Express, you will get that information but other than that, you won't get any documents, other than your confirmation.
