Point range on point chart for DCL

I am looking at the 2012 point chart for the Disney Fantasy. For several of the stateroom categories there is a range of points (for example, 185-192 for the Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom for a June 16th sail date). Could someone please explain this point range to me?

The Deluxe Oceanview is sub-divided in to 9A & 9B which are based on location. The 9B should be the lower one on the range and the 9A the higher end.
