If my resale contract Oct UY has 100 banked ‘07 points that have to be used by Sept ’09 and 100 points coming Oct ‘08, does that mean I use ’07 points & ’08 points (borrow) in June ’08?

June of 2008 is actually in your 2007 UY as your 2008 UY starts October 1, 2008.

If all of your 2007 UY points have been banked into the 2008 UY, then you will have to borrow 2008 UY points to go on a vacation in June of 08. You cannot unbank points. Banking and borrowing are final transactions.

What if you bank o7 points, but you need to make reservations with them for a date that is after they become available again, is that okay? In other words, I bank 150 '07 points, so they won't be available again until 10/08, can I still make a reservation for April 2009 with them at the 11 month mark even though they have been banked? (i'll need all my 2007 and 2008 points for this reservation that takes place in april 2009)

That is correct. You can still make the reservation at the 11-month mark. MS will use the banked points first, but you should double check it with them just to make sure that they do.

You can make a June '08 reservation, but it will be with points borrowed from your Oct 08 use year, assuming all of your Oct 07 points have been banked. Banking and borrowing are final transactions. That means if you borrow 08 points to make a reservation during your 07 use year, and then have to cancel that reservation, those borrowed HAVE to be used for a stay that is no later than Sept 08.

Since it looks like you have a 100-point contract, you'd only be able to borrow 100 points max.
