new at this I made ressie for SSR and banked the 88 2005 pts we didn't need, our uy is aug. can we rent these points now to someone wanting to use them after aug this year or do we have to wait till aug when we get our 2006 uy points?

The banked points may be used for any reservation after August 1, 2006. You can make those reservations right now and do not need to wait until August to do so. All DVC reservations are based on the points that will be available at the time of the reservation, not just those in the current Use Year.
