Poinciana Boulevard

Hey DISers, I am renting a villa this January in the community of Eagle Pointe on Poinciana Boulevard, and can anyone tell me generally what this area is like and the easiest way to get to the World?
All tips would be appreciated!

Got this map from a fellow Diser JANNYANS. It is great. You can find Eagle Pointe on the left side of the map. Not sure but I would guess Oceola Parkway as the best route. 192 in that direction is very busy. You are right near a WalMart if you need items thats a god thing. Have a good vaca.

Great location! Very close to Highway 192 and Walmart (near Medieval Times).

To get to DisneyWorld, if you go out on Poinciana Blvd, straight over Highway 192 then turn left on the 535. Easiest and quickest way....
