Just returned from 7 nights at the POFQ.
The room was very nice. Just to let you know, I'm a little picky about the conditions of rooms. In my opinion, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The only thing that didn't look new was the bath tub. I even looked at the mattress and yes, it looked new. The blanket and comforter was nice and clean. Mousekeeping even made a cute arrangement of my sons stuffed animals on the windows. Purchased the mug and it worked great for us. We were in building 1 but it was a very short distance to the food court. So we made use of the mug. We checked in around 10:30 am and our room was ready, what a nice surprise. Prior to POFQ, we stayed at the Pop Century for 3 nights. We were on the fourth floor because I figured maybe it would be less noiser. When we checked in at POFQ, I asked for the fourth floor again. The cast member started to plug in my request. He stopped and asked someone else if they had a fourth floor. The answer was no, but I thought it was funny. I guess I sounded so confident when I made my request that I made him second quess what he already knew.
I can't say much for the food court because we never ate there. I did however have snacks. The chocolate cookies and the fried pastry with the powdered sugar was very good ( not even going to try to spell the name).
The bus service was always no more than 5 mins. wait time. This resort was beautiful and very quiet. I would recommend this resort.
