DS and I will be visiting POFQ in July. Last time we stayed at AKL and enjoyed greatly. Any suggestions on what not to miss at this resort?

Well, POFQ is our favorite resort! We actually like it better than AKL (gasp!). It was quiter at POFQ than AKL.
The best thing to us is the smallness of the resort. You are never a far walk from any room to anything.
Don't miss the beingets (sp?) at the food court for breakfast!
Don't miss the cool pool- we've never used it, travel in cooler months- but it is neat looking!
Don't miss the beautiful grounds- and jazz music playing in the background.
Don't miss the neat alligator statues around the pool area of the resort.
Don't miss the serenity of this resort!
Don't miss the food court- much better quality than at AKL IMHO!
We love POFQ! I know you will too!!!

We have stayed at POFQ 4 of our 5 trips. We just love this resort. We like the small size. Don't miss the Beignets at the food court for breakfast. Don't miss taking the boat to Downtown Disney-nice pleasant ride. Don't miss the great swimming pool. Take a walk along the riverwalk between POFQ & POR. Most of all have a great time.

I agree with everything bonnie said....we loved the beignets and the boat to DTD was our favorite! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did....
