What are the odds POFQ will be included in free dining in Sept?

You would be best to post on the "resorts" page of the disboards and not the "theme parks" page, there you will find at the top the option to post within the free dining discussion board.

It is smaller so it fills faster. Having said that, we booked bounce back free dining so we have it for September. It is usually included.
