POFQ w. AP voucher????

I just ordered my AP and I know it is a voucher and I need to turn that in to get the actual pass. The CM on the phone told me like 5 times I must have the actual AP to check in.
For those of you in this situation have you had any problems using the voucher? I have been able to check in with a voucher before as long as once I get the actual AP I show it at the checkin desk.
Our flight gets in at 9:30pm I am sure once we get to the resort all the parks will be closed and after traveling half the day I am not taking myself to DTD to get the pass there. What do people that arive in the middle of the night when everything is closed do?

Also another AP question are they still the heavy paper or actual card like the room cards?

We stayed at POFQ in February '05, we had used an AP code to book the room and came in straight from the airport with only vouchers. No one ever asked to even see the vouchers. We got our AP's the next day on our way in to Epcot.

Stayed at POFQ in December...had not only my room on AP code but other family members rooms as well who didn't check in until 4 days after we did. Went down when they checked in just in case but, even then they never asked to see an annual pass. I don't think you'll have any problem....they will surely understand that there is nowhere to get your pass activated at that hour.

I have stayed at POFQ twice with the AP discount and never been asked for the AP. Don't think you will have any problems!
