POFQ to Poly?

My DM and I are doing a quick weekend trip next week. While I have used WDW transportation many times on past trips, I have always had a car for early morning ADR's. This trip we are planning to use WDW transportation exclusively as we are flying and not getting a rental.

I am trying to figure out how much time to allow to get from POFQ to the Poly for a 9AM ADR at Kona. I am figuring that we will take the bus to MK then the monorail or boat to Poly -- unless someone has a better idea. Will leaving the resort by 8AM get us there on time?

I would take the bus to MK and then the monorail over. I wouldl give yourself and hour in case you hae to wait a little for the bus. I'm sure you will have plenty of time to spare but just to be on the safe side.

I would arrive at the bus stop with plenty of time to spare, probally about an hour. I say this because bus service and be a little spotty. The monorail to the POLY should not take long at all. If for some reason the monorail is down or something like that, then use the gold boat launch, which will stop at GF then POLY. Even if you arrive really early there is a ton to explore at the POLY that will be entertaining.
