POFQ to Ft. Wilderness - 11:30 Segway Tour

I have no experience with Ft. Wilderness.
My thought would be to be at the POFQ bus stop at 9:30, take the bus to MK, take the boat to FW and then walk/catch the internal bus to the Bike Barn.
Does this sound good, or does anyone have a better suggestion? We were told to arrive at 11:15, so this is one hour and 45 minutes. It's not like we can't walk around Ft. Wilderness if we get there early.

Thoughts? Suggestions? Improvements? My DBF, Magellan, is really useless with this stuff, so I need to have the plan set.

I would definitely suggest a cab. To get to FW, you take a right out of the POFQ, make a left at the dead end/first light, then make a right into FW parking lot. About 5 minutes tops. Your way would be an hour.

If you want to do the MK way for some fun, then fine. But much, much longer.

Personally I'd take the bus to MK and then the boat. I love those little boats.

If you get there early, it is an easy, scenic walk to the bike barn.

They have a nice buffet at the Trail's End Restaurant.
