NY OUTLAW, we had the same experience you did. We stayed at POP for one night and moved over to POFQ for the next three nights. Boy, we wished we had not! We were in the building right beside the pool. We were on the second floor facing the pool. Overall a good location. Our room was another story. We had connecting rooms with my sister-in-law. The bedspreads had holes, the room was musky, the room had dust piled in the corners, and stains were all over the carpet. I did not even want to walk on the carpet barefoot. My sister-in-law's room was in the same shape as ours. We were just disappointed because we were paying $208. a night. The food court was always a mess. It also seemed the staff just did not want to be there. We won't be back here either. I am glad Disney has so much more to offer. I have stayed pretty much everywhere on property except Beachclub and Boardwalk. POFQ has been my least favorite.
