Just got home yesterday from my fifth stay at POFQ. I was not disappointed, but felt some things were just not up to Disney standards and not what I had previously experienced. In general, I felt the resort was overwhelmed with crowds. The buses were always crowded, although I never waited very long for a bus. The food court was always crowded and the CM's seemed overworked. I went to the food court one morning at about 8:30, knowing it would be crowded. There was only 1 cashier working and she was spending most of her time trying to explain the DDP to people. Very frustrating! My biggest complaint was Bell Services. On our arrival day, we had our luggage stored and it took them two hours to get it delivered to our room. And that was only because I went to Bell Services and asked for my luggage myself. They got someone to deliver it then. From what I could gather, they had a large shipment of Magical Express luggage that had priority on delivery. It was raining on and off, but I could see the carts making the deliveries the whole time. My main concern was how they were handling the ME luggage. The cart was packed full of luggage and the Bell Services guys would just take some off and disappear for awhile! I could not believe they were leaving people's luggage just sitting around. I was told that there were lots of mad people and lots of luggage to be delivered. Check-in was fine and Mousekeeping just did the bare minimum, but it was fine. I am used to a more relaxed atmosphere at POFQ, since I try to go at the slower times. Disney did a great job of filling their resorts, but I will think twice about going during free dining again!
