POFQ question

Do you get a complimentary newspaper here? What building is a good one to request a room in? Is there any type of shuttle service from this hotel to Universal? Thanks!

I do not recall seeing any newspapers on our last visit there. That was 2 years ago. We did just get back from pop and there were none there.
There are no shuttles provided by disney to universal. This is their competitor, they are not going to give you a free ride there. I do know that you can ask the front desk to arrange for the meirs shuttle or go right outside and get a yellow cab. Friends of our did this last week and the yellow cab cost $35 each way.

We were at the POFQ last year in June and December, no free newspapers.

We were at POFQ last week and there is no free newspaper. If I were you I would request Building 4 or 5. Both are close to the main building which houses the food court. The pool is closest to Building 5 which is where we stayed. Enjoy your trip, the resort is lovely. We really enjoyed the boat ride to Downtown Disney and the pool is nicely themed. My daughter loved the slide.
