POFQ question

I really like river side, but they were already booked. I have three kids 6, 4, and 2. How far is the walk from POFQ to river side? I really like there pool and food court. I heard you can pool hop between these two resorts only. Is there any section I should request to make a shorter walk between the resorts? Thanks for the advise

It is only a five or ten minute walk up the river to POR.

If you can get into buildings 6 or 7 at POFQ, you will be closest to POR.
