POFQ maps

I was hoping to find a map of the room locations at POFQ. When we went to POP I found a map that showed where the connecting rooms, king rooms and preferred room locations were. I was hoping to find one for French Quarter, does anyone know where to find one. I tried searching but couldn't find one, just a map of buildings. Not sure if I want a waterview room, a courtyard or king. I don't want a parking lot view. Thank you for any help.

There's a whole website devoted to the Port Orleans resorts. Google it and I'm sure that if such a map exists, it will be on that site. I'm not 100% sure of the name of the site, but I'm sure it's easy to find.

There are not exact room locations available for POR and POFQ. Also, you don't want to request a certain room because the room assigner won't know why you want the room and will assign the first room available.

There are also booking categories for waterview; courtyard; and king. Standard room could get you a parking lot view depending on how busy the resort is that week - you didn't indicate what time of year you were going. Each booking category will have its own level of views; for instance, courtyard view will get you some sort of landscaping view. King bed rooms are scattered throughout the resort and you would need to make some sort-of request. Waterview has several different levels of the view of the water.

What you want to do is book the category you are looking for and then request a location or building no. in the case of POFQ. No requests are guaranteed, especially if it is a very busy time of year.
