POFQ - Garden View

POFQ is our absolute favorite moderate resort. I know they have about 1000 room, but how many of those are garden view rooms. We always have to book so far in advance to get out preferences. Just wondering the numbers.

I don't think it has that many rooms but, I think most rooms are garden. Water view is on the end section of each building closest to the river.
40- water, 60% garden is my guess.

Let's throw standard (parking lot view) in their next. What percentage is your guess?
