POFQ Food Court Choices?

I just read a menu for the food court at POFQ and was not impressed. Is it really that limited? POR seemed to have many more choices than this last week. Going in May with my mom and were planning on grabbing a bite at the food court on our way out in the morning and on the way back from the parks in the evenings. If it's that limited, maybe we'll find someplace else to eat.

We just got back from POR Riverside and they had a ton of options. You could make your own pasta and change up the sauce on different nights, marinara or alfredo with numerous toppings. Not sure who's idea putting the pasta in the box was, but regardless the pasta was good. I prefered the shrimp, the chicken was a mixture of white and dark bits. They also had a turkey or beef platter, make your own salad, chicken fingers and burgers, not to mention pizza. We only had breakfast twice but it was good. The French quarter dining area is small in comparison to POR riverside, but no idea on their menu.

I also felt like it was a very limited menu when we stayed there last year. It seems like all we ever ate was chicken tenders or burgers, which are not my favorite things. There wasn't too much else that seemed appealing.

The only other resort I could compare it to was POP, and POP had a much better variety.

We are recently back from POFQ, and yes, the choices are very limited. We ate most of our resort meal (other than breakfast) at POR--they have a very nice selection and are just a short walk or leisurely boat ride away.

We were at POR last week... that's why I made the comparison. I just figured that since POFQ also had no restaurant of it's own anymore, they would've added more choices to the food court menu. Yuck. Oh well... maybe I'll convince my mom to stay at POR instead. haha
