POFQ - excluded from free dining?

I just looked on the site for free dining for select dates through December and realized that POFQ is excluded. Anyone know why?

Probably because it's newly renovated and therefore in high demand?

Because it is the smallest moderate, and at this point they apparently do not need the free dining to help fill rooms there because it is already in sufficient demand without that particular discount.

4-5 rounds of PINs for FD went out starting in May that did include POFQ, those probably booked the FD rooms for Fall.

It is one of the smallest resorts, if not the smallest, on the property. It is also up to the General Manager of each hotel how many rooms, if any, they put up for the offers. POFQ is usually not listed for a room discount either because they are not as worried about having to fill it up. Sad, but true.
