ANyone have any podcast suggestions? I just got into the whole podcast thing..... thanks!!

Personally I like WDWToday. They come out usually 3 times a week, very interesting & enjoyable.

I like the "Inside the Magic" podcast. It is updated 1 time a week on Sunday nights, runs about an hour to 75 mins. I find it enjoyable to listen to without a lot of sillyness or banter and informative too!

My sister and I just recorded our bi-weekly podcast (not necessarily Disney related), and she recommended MouseTunes (http://www.mousetunes.com). I haven't heard it yet, but I downloaded several episodes for my listening pleasure during the 10-hour drive to the World.

For the most part, we aren't a Disney-centric podcast. We're "transcontinental chick chat" and usually talk about Las Vegas, East Tennessee, Project Runway, and whatever falls out of our heads. Amy isn't as big a Disney freak as I am (to say the least), but she was really great about researching Disney podcasts while I was trying to get ready to leave.

(I leave in three hours. Ugh. I'll get some sleep in the car!)

And we'll be talking about Disney World while I'm gone -- I know we'll do a short podcast Wednesday night, at the very least. If you would like to check it out, I'm not sure how to make hyperlinks on The DIS, but here's an attempt:

Thanks guys for this!
I'm getting a new ROKR, and I'm going to put podcasts on my phone for the trip (3 weeks!!!!) so I can listen to them on the way (and some disney ride/trip videos, woo hoo)

These are great... anyone else have any more I can listen to? I'm officially addicted to Podcasts!!! :)

Check out

Disney Podcast Network

It is a collection of some of the best Disney podcasts out there.

My personal favorites are The Meandering Mouse (irreverant, but enjoyable), Micecast ( more of a DLR focus, but very insightfull. PG-13 rated though) And of course Beyond Mainstreet with Lou and Bob. (video podcast.) But these are just scratching the surface of what's out there.

Love Netcot podcasts. There is a website, just Google "Netcot" for the website, but the podcasts are also available on iTunes.

The guy is a riot - has great information on :worship:Walt Disney World, very professional and fun Podcast. They run from 1/2 to 1 hour.

I also like Disney Online, wish they were longer though.

(I too am addicted to Podcasts. I love Joyce Meyer's, Tim Gunn Project Runway, and Hour of Power, National Geographics "Walks of a Lifetime.")

Very good idea for a thread! Great information to share!

I listen to MouseTunes with Lou & Nathan.

Hey Pod Person :wave2:

I love Lou and Nathan - they have one of the best. For others, go to Itunes and podcasts, search for Disney - they have a lot. :surfweb:

I, also, only recently discovered Disney podcasts by accident. Then I found out there were many different ones. Who would've guessed I could get more Disney in my day? :confused3 My DW would not have thought so. :)

Inside the Magic
Mousetunes
WDWToday

and another good one I like is Mouseguest.com

I becamed hooked on Disney podcast a few months ago when I stumbled across Lou and Nathan's Mousetunes.

After weeks of listening online. I've installed Itunes (Free) and subscribed to the following:
A window to the magic
Character Breakfast
DIS unplugged
Inside the magic
Let's talk about DisneyWorld (LTAD)
Magical moments podcast
Meandering Mouse
Mouse Guest Weekly
MouseTunes
Netcot
Mickey Room
Trapped on Vacation
WDW Today - (one of my favorites; updates 3x week)

and a few others occasionally submit new episodes. Like the Official Walt Disney World Resort: Plugged in; Disney Insider; and Inside Walt Disney World.

Also I purchased a IPOD so I can listen during my long 1 hour commute to / from work. Helps the time pass :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

If you have never used Itunes, it is easy, and you can listen to the back issues of the podcasts that you missed or the description has topics of your interest.

Here's a newer one:

The Disney Hub. It has a lot of park audio and insight on all things Disney and stuff.
