So here's a new thread.....do you download podcasts and if you do what is your favorite? I like WDW today, Disney Insider and the Disney herald, daily dose of Disney is good too. Some of them can be a little corny but after listening to a few episodes I realize the wealth of information that they contain.

Have a magical day,
Anna

Itunes is where I access them put some of them are located on a websites too. WDW today can also be found at www.wdwtoday.com Disney's can be found at the official website.

Have a magical day,
Anna

Where can you find these?

Inside the Magic and Mousetunes are both great. They are weekly, usually an hour long or sometimes longer, and have some great interview segment. The Mousetunes one is hosted by the owner of Magical Mountain website and the author of the Disney World Trivia book. Both guys are good

MouseTunes is my favorite. They have great interviews, answer listeners questions, host contests and are a wealth of Disney news and information. :thumbsup2

I love WDW Today. I think the interplay between the guys is fun and informative. But admittedly, I haven't listened to any others so I hope to branch out soon.

I download 4 of them on a weekly basis...

WDW Today on M/W/F - Great interaction between them. The sound quality lacks, but the information and host interaction overshadows that by a wide margin. http://www.wdwtoday.com

MouseTunes on Sundays - Lou and Nathan do a good job (though Nathan's introduction ALWAYS sounds like he doesn't want to be there). They aren't as regular as most podcasts, but the information these two get is second to none, so it's worth the occasional 10 to 14 days between podcasts. http://www.mousetunes.com

Inside the Magic on Sundays - This one is hosted by Ricky Brigante who does a great job, and his sound quality took a big jump a few weeks back which makes this one of the better quality podcasts. Ricky gets ride-throughs, interviews, news, all kinds of stuff. http://www.distantcreations.com/************** (Ricky also does the Daily Dose of Disney, I've only listened to a couple of those, though.)

Window To The Magic on Sundays - This on is based out of Disneyland, but if you want to spend an hour where you feel like you're IN the park, this is the one to download. The sound quality of the park recordings is amazing, and when Paul does a "Where in the Park?" game, you can picture yourself walking through Disneyland. I've listened to some episodes of this three and four times. http://www.windowtothemagic.com/

In another thread somebody mentioned MouseGuest weekly (http://www.mouseguest.com), I'm downloading that now to give it a try. I'm addicted to these things... :)

I've found WDW Today to be very informative and helpful in planning our upcoming trip. The official one is nice too because of the behind the scenes look at Disney, but I could really do without all the interviews of assorted celebrities, especially the teenage ones.

Thank you all for the kind words about the show! I sincerely appreciate you listeneing and helping to spread the word! :)

Thanks for the nice compliment!

As for the book (you sound like my editor LOL), I'm working furiously throughout the night (yes, I'm back to the 3 a.m. marathons again) trying to get it ready for publication in May. Stay tuned to my web site for more infro!

Thanks again (now back to work)

Just listened to the Mouseguest podcast. Just the most recent one and it was very good. It was all about Beauty and the Beast, and when I heard them say that I thought it would be boring, but the guys are good and well informed. Nice listen. :thumbsup2

We have a new show up, and another special Listener Email show coming out tomorrow!

So far I've only listened to WDW Today and the official pocast from WDW. I'm going to have to go check out the others mentioned...listening to them at work makes the day go by a lot faster! :thumbsup2

Yes you should look into more! I said awhile back that some are corny BUT
1. if you can get even one piece of good info it was worth listening to.
2. it is one of my favorite topics....Disney!

You may want to try mouse tunes. I just started listening to that one. I really like it. Inside the magic is good. Kingdom Herald I like. I haven't listen to yet but also have Park Hopping podcast.

Have a magical day,
Anna

Lou,
I hope Nathan was wrong about his review of EE2, lol. I'll be riding it on May 1st and I'm hopping I agree with you and not him!

Have a magical day,

:rolleyes1 Embarrsed to admit my lack of knowlegde here, but can someone tell me do you have to have an Ipod to get these podcacts? Or can you use another brand of Mp3 player?
Feeling clueless,

Anna - you know my feelings about EE, as I think Disney really raised the bar yet again with it! I think you're really going to love it!
