I love Lou Mongello's WDW Radio, DIS Unlimited and Disney Dish (all podcasts).

All have interesting and useful content but I enjoy how each is presented. WDW Radio is fun hardly ever veers negative. DIS Unlimited is a more casual, friends gathered around chatting vibe. And Len Testa from Touring Plans co-hosts Disney Dish so there's a lot of interesting data analysis interjected with the Disney news and stories.

For You Tube, I like 4KWDW. It's a person walking around different places at Disney recording. There is no narration, just background noise. It gives a great overview of the resorts, parks, walking paths, DS - pretty much all of Disney property. It will give you an idea of what things look like and how busy it may be when you are there (you can watch videos by date). I also find the videos strangely relaxing! The video is high quality, too.

I love Disney World is Awesome podcast. This is three dads (sometimes 4) who talk about Disney World. It's like hanging out with friends. Very fun!

Another one that like The 3028:Theme Park History and Pop Culture History, about Disney theme park History

Not a podcast but I like to listen to “hidden magic” books on audible. It’s really interesting to learn about the little hidden details and history of things in the parks. Currently listening to “The Hidden Magic of Walt Disney World third edition” but there’s plenty to choose from. They’re fun to listen to while cooking or cleaning.
