All right, I couldn't wait any longer, I went ahead and used my DVC points to book a room. Got us a 1 bedroom at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village from June 19-24th. Also got our r/t airfare on Airtran out of Milwaukee for about $250 per person, which is OK.

We booked the night before the cruise at the MCO Hyatt - guess we'll hop on the DCL bus to the port. Coming back we'll probably rent a car as we're staying off-site & going to WDW for a few days. DH wants to see the July 4th fireworks.

Just a little over 6 months to wait!

We purchased one of those "Stay Certificates" as others have mentioned for about $145 or so. The AAA rate I was quoted was $152 or so, so not much difference....

Oh my gosh, I just realized that I should be figuring out what the heck we are doing and maybe book our air for this trip! I have been anticipating our January trip so much that I kind of put this on the back burner. Yikes! I better get with the program!

I wonder if they will have a bus like they are doing for DAP....? Or maybe a bunch of us should get together and share a ride. I did hear something about not being able to get dropped off at the port before a certain time.

We're flying in late the night before and staying at the Hyatt (still gotta book that too)...I think there has been a bus before but from WDW. We're looking at a one-way rental to get there, and then rent something from there to get back to WDW and use for the rest of the trip.

We've booked our pre/post cruise stays at BWV!!!!

And we booked our flights. We're coming down the day before and staying one more day. DH is nervous flying/cruising on the same day.....

Right now I'm also considering the DCL bus just because the transfer from the Hyatt look so uncomplicated...

We're staying at the Hyatt the night before also. We will also do the DCL transfer to the port. We did that on another cruise and it was super easy!
We also ate at the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt on the morning of the cruise which was also very nice.
And we think we like not getting to port to early this time- so a more leisurely breakfast on sail away day!

Post cruise we got BLT MK view!! And we'll likely use the DCL transfer then as well.

Sounds like there will be a few dis'ers at the Hyatt on June 23! Looking forward to meeting everybody!
