I don't know if this has been asked or not already, but if so..please excuse me.

So my understanding is that you could only book the 3.0 cruise first if you were on the 2.0 cruise. So does that mean that if everyone had signed up for 3.0 on 2.0 that the rest of us would have to wait and see if someone cancels?? I'm confused..LOL!!

I'll be graduating this summer and I thought that this would be a nice graduation present to myself..lol. I'm not trying to sound rude or mean and if I came across that way..I apologize whole-heartedly. I'm just curious..thanks!!

No. You could sign up for 3.0 as soon as it was announced.
It was suggested that those on 2.0 wait to book because then you could take advantage of the DCL onboard booking incentives.
Up until the last day or so there were openings for the cruise. Since then it had sold out and now a waitlist has been started

We signed up for 3.0 before 2.0 ever happened. We've never been on a Disney cruise before (much less a podcast cruise!). I was worried that this cruise would fill up with all the 2.0 people signing up on-board so I made a reservation before that happened (the only delay for me was getting approval from my DH ).

Funny thing about that piece of luggage...my DD thought that was the one that had the items that she bought on the cruise...and was having a fit all the way to the airport...when the bag arrived I went to pick it up and it was the one that her dirty clothes were in....I won't let her live that down..

Wow! What a crazy month! How exciting to see the Dream sailing and reading all I can get my hands on about her!!

I am doing a short 3 night in March and I can't wait. I am so excited to see the friends I met on 2.0 again and meet all the new ones I have been booking for 3.0.

At least now we can say PCC 3.0 is next year!!

If you want to go get your name on the waitlist. I know we have a few staterooms quoted that haven't paid the deposit yet so those may open up.

And we will probably have some cancellations closer to the sail date as we did last cruise.

I wasn't on 2.0 and was able to book as soon as it was announced.

Good news is that I got an email about the podcast cruise. Bad news is I realized this week we can't go that weekend.

But we can't go for a good reason. It's my grandparent's 60th wedding anniversary that week and my mom and her siblings are going to throw a huge party for them. I certainly can't miss that. My grandparents are awesome. At my wedding, I was dancing with my wife and my grandparents were dancing together. My grandfather got close to me and said "I still got it kid"and he proceeded to dip my grandma and then he gave her a big kiss. LOL at least I know where I got my best moves from. LOL

I'm going to try and go on the June 10th cruise instead. Good luck and have fun everybody!

Well, we were on the fence about booking out so far, but Pete convinced us to "do it again" while on the Dream MV.

Now we're on the waitlist.

yup, i was one of those cancellations - i think on the very last day that it was still possible!
hopefully, i won't have to cancel this time (but who knows....15 months is a very long time in a world that can change in the blink of an eye )
