Yeah we watched some games in Diversions on the Wonder one time but I didn't know that it was the NFL Sunday ticket. That will make our day :goodvibes I'll really want to watch NY and DH will want to watch the Panthers. We'll see.

Jets or Giants?

Feeling a little sad the Phil's didn't make it. They are my home team.

Are you transplanted to Maine, or did you just choose the Phillies for some reason?

I started life in South Jersey. Moved to Maine in 1988.

The Eagles vs. Patriots Super Bowl was good. I could root for both teams!

I am having a hoot reading this thread on the Cruise Boards about the color of the hull.

Is it true?

So what's your view? Blue or black?:happytv::happytv::happytv:

Hey Todd! :goodvibes

On our cruise before 1.0 we took one of the guided tours around the ship. It was really interesting. Anyway, the hull of the ship is called Monica Blue and it was color matched to a pair of Monica's slacks. I can't remember who Monica was though I think I do remember she was not a CM but a rep for something. They don't want to use black because of heat issues inside the hull. There was actually some math info about them thinking about the black and how much that raises the heat versus Monica blue. I'm sure it was totally interesting, but as it was math I found I've deleted that file from brain entirely. So there's my tidbit for today! :rotfl:

I am a nerd...:goodvibes Reading Latin quotes and chuckling out loud. :cutie: I guess it kills the time. PCC is soon, right.:confused3

Oh, well, we all have our flaws. :rotfl2:

I think we can peacefully coexist - especially since I'm not sure Philadelphia has a professional football team this season......

LOL! I'm good...have several friends that are Dallas, Deadskins :lmao: ..ooops..I mean Redskins and Eagles fans. Like you said..we all have our flaws...:rotfl:

SO the real question for us is whether we will see our 10 year old on the ship at any time other than meals. This will be her third DCL trip and as a veteran of the Oceaneer's lab & club, she will be looking to lose her parents as soon as we hit the terminal!

isn't the real question whether you WANT to see her :rotfl2:

Hello all...been awhile since I checked in here. I'm burying myself in the Dis tonight to get my mind off things. This morning we lost our 10 year old rottie :sad2: I thought i'd be going to the vet to bring her home today after her being there a couple days, only to have him call and give me the bad news. Very sad day in our home.
On another note, I think I need to contact John. My husband might not be able to go on the cruise :scared1: At this point, the only other person that could take his place would be my 11 yr old daughter. I just need to find out if there are penalties at this point for making changes and if switching them out is even possible. Anyone know anything about this situation?
I was really looking forward to our first adults on vacation lol

Good morning, folks!

I have been really falling off the morning exercise routine. This morning I finally got up in time to do a good Wii Fit workout.

My glass fusing class was taking up all of Saturday and two weekday evenings, so I lost time at the gym. Glass class is over, I am going to go back to be an evening gym rat.

Six weeks left to get in the best shape I can manage! :thumbsup2

Happy Friday Eve, computernut friends.

Just bought my MVMCP ticket, its in seven weeks!:eek:

Time sure is a flying!

Happy Thursday folks! :wave2:

Oh, well, we all have our flaws. :rotfl2:

:lmao: I have a sticker on the back of my phone with the Pats doing something to the Giants - too bad I can't post a pic of it as it'll probably get me booted from the board ;)
