OMG!!!
I was tagged by the tag fairy!
I do not know when. It was sometime after I posted this last night.
Was I tagged because I tried to explain the tag fairy?
I certainly did not beg or bribe!
Still do not really understand the "why" of the tag fairy. Crushed ice seems an odd quote to be remembered for. But, okay.
If you ever need crushed ice, I can help you out as long as you provide small ice cubes and a saucepan.
I am so wearing a belt this cruise. . . .![]()
We were all thankful as well, since it's a well known fact that you prefer to go "commando!"![]()
Hey!
The thread is still alive. We just need to find more people who did not run away to Walt Disney World, the Indy meet or some sort of a Labor Day gathering.
Yoo hoo... Who is out there?![]()

Phew! Now that the Indy Meet is over it's really time to focus on PC 2.0. Can't wait.
See everybody soon.![]()
I received word that DCL shoreside operations will be meeting with the onboard folks on 9/9 and hopefully we will have some answers then.

This sounds like a Presidential Summit between two nations.
I know you are all awaiting the release of the schedule for PCC 2.0.

As soon as we have anything set in stone I will post here.
This is not a tease - I just want to keep everyone informed of our progress.
Congrats on your tag!
So, how do you make crushed ice?
Jennifer

This sounds like a Presidential Summit between two nations. Lets hope their negotiations have a better outcome than the last peace summit.
I only half fill the ice cube trays (we do not have automatic ice cube maker) so I get small cubes. Put cubes in plastic bag, cover bag with kitchen towel. Whack with bottom of saucepan until crushed into small bits.
I did this for three days for ice pack for Stephen's eye aft his surgery. His eye is looking better now. Bruising is about half what it was and the eyelid is still kinda swollen. He can open the "bad
eye" almost all the way, but he says vision is still a bit blurry. Trouble is, the inactivity brought on bad back! Now we are alternating ice packs, heating pads, easy walks and exercise in the warm therapy pool at the Y.
Hello everyone!
It's been a busy DIS-filled weekend.
Friday night was Brandie's memorial service for Matthew, followed by a small celebration at his favorite restaurant - somewhere where many of us hadn't spent a lot of time in the past - Hooters.
Saturday was the big Indy meet. Aaron did an amazing job. Over 100 people and $1400 raised for GKTW! Didn't hurt that I won the biggest door prize, an original sketch Dooney & Bourke Disney wristlet.
Saturday night we continued our fun at Brandie's house - some of us having more fun than others.
Sunday was a group breakfast, followed by lots of goodbyes.
Can't wait until December!
