Sorry for my lack of clarity. I mean are there ear hats specific to the cruise ship, maybe with a cruise ship logo on the front?

As in Mickey ears?

Last year at MVMCP, some ladies bought and wore sparkly ears. If I get any to wear, I am going to give them away to a needy little girl before I leave. I have no need for ears at home!

We went to San Antonio this past weekend for my birthday. I have a friend and her family that live there. So, I have a REALLY important question. Becx posted the snowman ear hat (which I have and think it looks a little profane, but that is beside the point...) and that reminded me; are there special cruise ears? I have thing for ears...

I don't recall seeing any cruise ears - but then I wasn't looking. I intend on getting some ears in Dec, I want to get some custom ones.

Good morning everyone I'm so glad it's Thursday, I want this week to be over so I can curl up in bed. I hardly slept last night But Gav is feeling better so hopefully I can shake this.

Last official day of work for me this week - what that means is I am doing work stuff in the morning tomorrow even though I am supposed to be off.

I have one of those days scheduled today - back to back meetings.

Yes Chicago is called the windy city. I am told it will be warm this weekend though. Gonna be a lot of fun!

I am hoping that the meetings make the day go faster and that I don't end up with 200 emails and multiple voicemails I have to deal with while I am in them.

Yeah fingers crossed you don't get a stack of e-mails.

It seems everything here is going wrong And our head chemist is off on holiday for the next two weeks Guarenteed all the instruments will play up and go wrong with an intermitant fault! Our part time colleague called in sick (problems with her wisdom tooth extraction she had done yesterday) I still feel pretty awful. It's great fun (makes me really appreciate the weekend )

Unfortunately, I am guarenteed to have a lot of emails - just the nature of my job but hopefully it will not be so overwhelming.

I am sorry to hear that everything is not running smoothly today. Make sure you don't spill acid on yourself again.

Think of it this way, another thing for your resume, good experience to be able to share of how you handled the lab while others are out
