Awesome Jen!!! I guess the first order of business would be to figure out which dates are good for everyone. Does anyone have a preference? For us, mid-August would probably be best, but if that wasn't good for the majority it wouldn't be too much of a problem.

I've never seen a line that long for a Maine baked potato. It's crazy.

I guess the first order of business would be to figure out which dates are good for everyone. Does anyone have a preference? For us, mid-August would probably be best, but if that wasn't good for the majority it wouldn't be too much of a problem.

If we're looking at doing this on the weekend, we might be able to swing a Saturday in August, but I wouldn't know for sure till the end of spring. August for us starts the beginning of 4 days a week of football and cheerleading practices. I haven't been to Hershey Park in YEARS, so I'll try to make whatever date is decided on.

Yeah it is kind of neat. Love the Avenue of the States. I've never seen a line that long for a Maine baked potato. It's crazy.

I was more amazed that there wasn't an even longer line for the lobster roll. $6 for pure lobster. No mayonnaise, no filling, just lobster on a roll.

Mid week would work due to being less crowded but it would shut some people out. That won't happen so a Saturday would most likely work best. We need to save our vacation time for WDW ya know.

The date will be either Saturday 9/18, 9/25, or 10/2.

I am generally just lurking in this thread as I don't plan on going on the cruise.

That said - Hershey in August is doable for us - just over an hour away.

I will have to pay attention to the planning on this one.

I haven't been here for a while. What is this about a meet in Hershey? I've never been to the Hershey amusement park. And if it is a weekend, that would be much better. Like George said, have to save vacation time for WDW. Hershey is about 2 1/2 hours from me. And August in south central PA, just like Disney. Hot and muggy.
